Beautiful custom built home in Carlsborg, close to the Olympic Discovery Trail and quick trip to town for shopping and medical services. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a nice South facing view of the Olympics. Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (bring your own washer and dryer). Kitchen has quartz countertops and all stainless appliances. Vinyl plank flooring throughout (no carpet!). Home is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump, and there's a propane stove in the living room. Outside is a South facing patio off of the living room and lots of space for a garden. 2 car garage with remote. Yard care is the tenants responsibility so please make sure you have your own equipment and time to weed gravel and planter areas and mow about an acre of field grass, or be willing to pay a landscaper to handle it for you. Sewer/septic is included in the rent but tenants pay water, garbage, propane, and electricity. 1 small/medium dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit. Sorry, no cats. First and last month's rent and $2,700 refundable security deposit are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
