No garage is provided at this home but there is plenty of space to park vehicles, a boat or Rv. There is a detached garage at the back of the property that is not for tenant use. Internet and yard care are included in the rent. Tenant is pays for for water, sewer, electricity and garbage. Pets possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit and rent, $25-50 per pet. One month's rent, $2,100 security deposit and non-refundable $400 carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for responsible tenants with excellent credit, good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
