The top floor includes the kitchen, living room, full bathroom and three small bedrooms. Downstairs is a large laundry room, an office, fourth bedroom, family room, and lots of closets for storage. Heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. Laminate flooring and newer carpet, new water heater and new range. Working washer and dryer are provided (as-is). No garage is provided at this home but there is plenty of space to park vehicles, a boat, or RV. There is a detached garage at the back of the property that is not for tenant use. It's locked up and the owner is storing belongings inside. Internet and yard care are included in the rent and the tenant is responsible for water, sewer, electricity, and garbage. Pets possible on a case by case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50/month in pet rent, per pet. First and last month's rent and a refundable $2,100 security deposit and non-refundable $400 carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
