On the main entry floor are two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, 2 bathrooms and a large deck. Downstairs is a bedroom, bathroom, and lots of storage space. Home Features Private enclosed courtyard at entry Kitchen with all appliances and a pantry Spacious main suite with lots of closet space Laundry closet with washer & dryer (provided as-is) Heated and cooled with a heat pump 2-car garage with electric opener Large North-facing deck with water view Lots of storage space! Tenant Responsibilities Water, sewer, garbage, and common area grass mowing are included in the rent. Tenant pays for electricity, tv/internet (if desired), and is also responsible for weeding and trimming the planter beds in the courtyard Community Amenities Sunland offers tennis and pickleball courts. Pets One cat or small dog considered on a case-by-case basis with $50/month additional rent + $500 refundable deposit. Pets must be spayed/neutered, have updated vaccinations, be friendly, and quiet. Sorry, no puppies or kittens: no pets under 1 year old. Move-In Requirements First month’s rent Last month’s rent $2,400 Refundable security deposit Applicant Criteria We seek tenants responsible, non-smoking/vaping with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent.
