This home is at the end of a long driveway, in a meadow setting surrounded by woods. The usual entrance, via the back door, is into the kitchen/dining area. The large living room has an effective wood stove. All rooms are freshly painted, and the carpets are new or in excellent condition. One full bath off the hallway. The master bedroom has an attached 3/4 bath. Outside there is a very large, level deck, a bit of yard, and the garage. The 2 car garage is not available for the first few weeks, as it is being used for storage, but it will become available. It also has a large extra room, which could be used for an office, workshop. It would need your fixup for a proper office (paint, cleaning, etc). There are extra buildings on the property that are retained for the owners' infrequent use. They are accessed from the driveway before reaching the house. The huge pile of firewood is yours to use. All appliances provided; however tenant is responsible for maintaining the washer and dryer. Owner to provide regular mowing around the house and garage. This home has well and septic, tenant will be charged $50/mo to cover maintenance. All you sign up for is electric and trash. Dish service is ready for activation, if you desire it. Previous tenants signed up for Century Link and Hughes Net. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional pet rent and refundable deposit. They must be adult, fixed and friendly. Pet application required via bluesage petscreening com Application fee is $51 per adult.
