Included is a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, walk in closet and 2 sinks. There is an office/bedroom that has shutters that open to the living room so as not to miss that view. But wait, there's more! Downstairs is an almost independent area with a living room with fireplace, bathroom and two bedrooms. Super large storage room, too. Separate entrance in the back of the house. Comes with all kitchen appliances, plus a washer. Heat pump provides energy efficient heat and AC. Tenant pays for water, electric and trash. Owner pays for septic, field mowing and monthly gardening help. There is an original build, free standing carport for two cars near the front door. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
