Two bedroom one and 1/2 bathroom, 2 floor waterfront home. Beautiful view of Sequim Bay. Laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. Tenant is responsible for electricity, garbage, and yard care (mowing grass, trimming shrubs and weeding planter beds). Please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking nice at all times, or be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. This home is limited to no more than 2 occupants due to limitations on the septic system. 1 cat or small dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 monthly pet rent and $500 refundable security deposit. First and last month's rent $1,600 refundable security deposit and $200 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
