2+ bed, 2 bath condo in Sunland, a golf course community in Sequim. Private South facing courtyard at the front entry. Master bedroom with large walk-in closet and master bath has a walk-in shower. Second full bathroom in the hallway. Second bedroom has a built in murphy bed. Large living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace. Sunroom off of the living room with nice view. Second bonus room for an office, dining room, or crafts. Lots of storage space in the hallway closets and a pantry close to the kitchen. Kitchen has all appliances and an eat-in kitchen with nice view. Two car garage with workbench, washer and dryer, and utility sink. Sunland offers many amenities, including a swimming pool in the summer, tennis and pickleball courts, a café, and lots of community activities. Rent includes water, sewer, and common area yard care. Tenant is responsible for yard care in the front courtyard area (weeding and trimming shrubs). Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and tv/internet, if desired. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, a $2,000 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We do not accept cosignors nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
