3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a beautiful mountain view. This home is on Bell Hill, in Sequim just a 10-minute drive to downtown Sequim. The living room has vaulted ceilings and nice hardwood floors (please note the propane fireplace/stove in the living room does not work). Kitchen has a range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Formal dining room off the kitchen. Laundry room with washer and dryer included (provided as-is). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the bathroom has a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. On the other side of the house are the second and 3rd bedrooms and full guest bathroom. Large deck overlooking the backyard, with a mountain view. 2 car garage with electric vehicle charger, electric garage door opener and space for storage. Rent includes landscaping and tenants are responsible for all utilities. Pets possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional deposit and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. First and last month's rent, $2,500 refundable deposit & $500 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
