Nice and clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom manufactured home, in a country setting but just 5 minutes drive to downtown Sequim. Nice mountain view! Laundry room with washer and dryer (provided as-is). Large 780 square foot detached garage with opener. Electricity, garbage, and internet/TV are tenant's responsibility, but this home is on a septic and has a private well so there's no water nor sewer bill, and yard care is included too. One cat or small/medium dog is possible with additional $500 refundable security deposit and $50 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent, security deposit and a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
