Log home in a country setting in Sequim. 1 bedroom + office. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Large living room with vaulted ceiling. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs loft with lots of storage space. The house is heated with baseboard electric heaters and a freestanding propane stove in the living room. Water, sewer/septic, and yard care is included in the rent. Tenants pay for garbage, electricity, and propane. Internet is available with CenturyLink (DSL, up to 10Mbps), or you may be able to get high speed Starlink internet. 1 cat or dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit. First and last month's rent refundable security deposit and non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. This home is limited to no more than 2 people. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We do not accept cosignors nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
