Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week. Pricing & availability: - Enter specific dates on the Flexhome website to see availability and pricing (reference letter-number ID in listing title) - All utilities are included - Discounts apply for 7+ day stays (12-20%) and 30+ day stays (20-30%) Tours: - See listing for 3D virtual tour or contact us for the link - In-person tours typically aren’t available but we’re happy to provide comprehensive photos and virtual tours to set clear expectations Payments & renewals: - Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement The space: This Flexhome is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine. HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. A space heater and room fan are also provided for convenience. Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we've still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two.
