There is an electric standing unit in the living room for heating/cooling, built in storage and the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a refrigerator. One bedroom has a connected bathroom, while the other bedroom has a connected large bonus room area. Both bedrooms have walk in closets! There is a shared fenced backyard as well as an on-site laundry room. Yard Maintenance, Garbage (Shared Dumpster) and Pest Control Services are provided by the owner. An additional monthly fee of $125 per month will be charged for utilities. 1 year lease required. Pets considered with additional pet rent of $25 per pet.
