My bathroom had over 20 species of mold in it. Their maintenance did nothing about it. When I moved, I hired professional cleaners. They still tried to charge me $600 beyond my $1k deposit. Their charges were $380/hr for cleaning and repainting the walls, which were perfectly fine. Hignell is a predatory company that screws over tenants when they move out. If you are leaving one of their apartments, don't bother cleaning anything. They will try to charge you no matter how spotless you leave the place.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!! Applied with this company for a unit at rosewood apts back in March for a June unit. they took our fees and ran our credit. We wanted to secure the June asap but they said they couldn’t do it that far out, and that we had to wait at least 2 weeks prior. Once it got closer I reached out again and then ghosted us and haven’t heard back since. This is very frustrating as they already gave up the units available even though I was continuously following up with them. Now they won’t return our calls or answer the line when we call. EDIT: I have called 3 times as of 5/22/24 and no call back after leaving voicemails to their office. They respond to save face but they have not done anything at all to help or resolve.
