A 5 MINUTE walk to the famous Heisler Park in Laguna Beach. Perfectly located in North Laguna Beach, avoiding all major traffic while still being able to enjoy all the amazing beaches of Laguna. Enjoy the amazing BEACH VIEW from all windows and the balcony! We currently live here and are moving out at the end of March and need someone to take over our lease starting on April 1, 2026. This date is not super flexible as we need someone to fill the spot ASAP! If you have any questions, feel free to text/call me personally. This place is honestly too good to be true in a lot ways and it's hard for us to part ways, but we need to move closer to where we work. MOVE IN DATE: April 1 or first week of April 11-12 month lease
