Our family lived at Park Plaza for almost a year and a half before moving to a larger place for our growing family. We were incredibly sad to leave. Tac, Yvonne, Miriam and maintenance staff were world-class. They truly strive to put YOU first from application to move-out. The amenities were great and apartment quality was excellent. We had beautiful marble countertops and cabinetry throughout the unit. The flooring was durable and withstood two kids under 6 and our small dog. Poop bag dispensers were throughout the property; there was even a dog park on-site! Whenever we had a maintenance request, were received prompt responses and action. The neighbors and children we met were friendly and welcoming from day one. We remain in contact with a couple of them to this day. Thank YOU Park Plaza for providing an excellent HOME for our family. We will always remember the fun times we had at home.

After 10 years of living at Park Plaza, we had to leave as we bought our own townhouse. Tac was the first one we met when we signed up and Tac was the one we had our final walk-through. He's awesome and is very responsive to our every need. He accommodated to our need when we had to move from an upstairs to a downstairs unit due to my husband's health condition. We could not say anything negative about the rest of the management office as well as the maintenance team either. We surely will miss living here especially with the accessibility of the location to the Performing Arts where my husband and I both work part time.
