This is actually one of the best places that I’ve lived at! The friendly management (Marshall and Kiasol) really does a great job and I really appreciate their efforts in managing a lot, especially through this pandemic! I am thankful that they really do care! Marshall has helped immensely and made our move in process easier! Also the maintenance (Chris and Benny) does a great job too! The building is nice, the layout of our house is nice too! It’s comfortable and feels like home. The air vent is actually nice to sleep to because it sounds like the ocean waves. It’s pleasant and I sleep comfortably. The area where we live at is quiet from the outside noise. Honestly can’t hear the noise going on from outside. Only when the windows are open that you can hear it. Some neighbors are friendly and smile, which is good because the environment is good. Many neighbors wear masks and practice social distancing. There’s always going to be that one that doesn’t wear one, but just as long as you’re wearing a mask and practice social distancing, you’ll be good. Just keep up with your own personal hygiene and your loved ones too, and you’re good to go! As for the location, it is convenient to walk to places nearby without driving to stores, restaurants, parks, etc. Its also nice and sunny in the spring time and the sun peers through the windows, which makes getting a healthy intake of much needed sunlight useful! It’s a healthy environment! 10 stars!

I’ve lived in Belcarra Apartments for 3 years going to 4. I’d like to give kudos to Jennie Delaney for her exceptional service. She helped with my lease renewal and has consistently helped with other services. She does a great job with follow ups via calls or emails to keep me updated on the status of my requests.
