Choose from two interior styles – the Modern style with white walls, beige trim, white subway-tile backsplash, and glass cooktops, or the Contemporary style with beige walls, white trim, stone tile backsplash, and a pull-down kitchen sink sprayer. Check out the Cypress, Cherry, Cedar, and Spruce floor plans that include a built-in desk, or create your own home office space in our other flexible floor plans. Select homes include a private patio or balcony with storage and built-in bookshelves. Smart-access gates and door locks allow residents to move throughout the community and into their homes using a smartphone. This beautiful, pet-friendly community features two custom-designed fitness centers, two gaming lounges and entertainment kitchens, two community workspaces, and two spectacular swimming pools with in-water loungers and grill stations. I moved to Camden a little less than a month ago and it’s already night and day compared to my last apartment. I’d like to shout out Kevin in the leasing office - he worked with me from my initial inquiry of this complex and when I decided to switch apartments a few days before my move in date which I appreciate so much. I’d also like to shout out James, Israel in maintenance for their quick response and careful work. I’m looking forward to experiencing all aspects of this complex over the course of my lease. Living in this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed with open arms by front office. What sets this complex apart is the top-notch maintenance service. Anytime there’s a need for repairs or assistance, the maintenance team is quick, professional, and thorough. They keep the grounds and common areas in pristine condition and ensure that everything in the apartment is functioning perfectly. It’s such a relief to live somewhere where you know any issue will be promptly and expertly handled. Overall, the combination a supportive atmosphere, and excellent maintenance makes this apartment complex an absolute gem. It’s a place where you can truly feel comfortable and at ease.
