Baltazar provided excellent service! He helped fix my circuit issues in my room and even helped fix my bathroom sink!! Another instance I had was a water leakage emergency and he came to help asap and gave me a thorough explanation of what happened and a possible solution to how it could be fixed. Great job! Im glad he is on the maintenance team and cares about the residents :)
