Great place to live for DC commuters. Less than a mile from the metro. The tenants are typically families and young couples. Management does little events like free chick-fil-a breakfasts and movies for the kids.

Great staff and management. Good people live here. A lot of amenities (gym, dog park, very nice clubhouse, pool, (2) gas BBQ's, 2( charcoal) BBQ's). Not too much space for kids to play, however the kids are playing on the grass behind the buildings and neighbors are not making a big deal about it. There were 7 good years living here.
