I’ve Been here for 4 months and I can’t say enough about Sawyer Flats. Maintenance and the leasing team always go above and beyond. When I put in a maintenance ticket, within an hour the office makes contact with me to fix my issue. I noticed deliveries sitting outside for days and let the leasing agent know that I was concerned about my neighbor. They investigated and assured me that my neighbors were fine. Someone is always there to answer when I call and ready to help when I stop by the office. It’s an older bldg but I actually like that. My daughter said that she never wants to leave. We love it here and are so thankful

I recently visited Sawyer Flats for a tour and had an amazing experience. The staff at the office was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the surrounding area was impressive, and they even provided me with some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but I felt like they genuinely cared about finding me the perfect apartment for my needs. Overall, I was impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service. I highly recommend Sawyer Flats to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
