Honestly, I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. This apt is the CHEAPEST place you can find in Sterling and its in a VERY safe neighborhood. Close to Route 7, easy access to many stores and restaurants. As for the front office/management, yes I get it, they can take a long time to respond to you, but think in their shoes for a second. There are only two of them working in that office, so if your request is not urgent, it will get pushed back. Frankly, why do you have to deal with front office that much anyway.... For maintenance, it seems like an one man show. Keo is only guy around, but he will take care of your problem. I had to call him during the weekend once to fix an urgent issue. He showed up 20 minutes later and took care of it. Deposit? I got all mine back minus the carpet cleaning fee and standard room cleaning fee. Fees together were just a bit over $150. if you take care of your place, make sure there is no holes on the wall, there is no broken appliances and so on, you will not be paying that much on fees. Common sense. I lived here for 2 years. This place is a gem. If you want to save money and live in a safe area, this is the place. if I have to say anything negative about this place, i would say I wish they had spent more money on taking care of the interior of the building rather than the exterior of the building. Overall, great place to live!

I proudly gave a five star to this review with every sincerity and honesty. I wonder why people can be so mean in writing such reviews about people that served you for a period of time. I have lived in this facility for almost two years now. My experience with the management is topnotch and wonderful. The maintenance team as been spontaneous and effective in any service request i have always made. The management team is very friendly and had always pick my calls and responded to my emails every time i try to reach out within the shortest possible time. The understanding nature of management has made them wave a late payment fee due to mistake from my part and my bank. Few days ago my rental car was towed due to my negligence, I contacted the office and the manager was very helpful and provided me all information and even offer to help if it was not my fault for the towing. Information dissemination to resident is very great. They will email and drop hard copies of any information that they want out to we the resident. I will not finish writing if i want to express all my encounters with the management and maintenance team. In conclusion the team at this facility is great and they are doing very well to make MUIRFIELD WOODS APARTMENT a better place to live
