My apartment didn't have heat because the hot water was turned off in the summer. I requested service via the resident app. Julian Baniwas soon came and fixed the problem in a second. The heat works well. I highly appreciate Julian's quick response and professional.

I recently renewed my apartment lease, which was set to end in November 2024, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to Jurgita Abdalla, the office supervisor. Jurgita was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the renewal process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Beyond her professionalism, Jurgita brings so much warmth and care to our community. She organizes a variety of thoughtful activities that truly bring residents together. For example, during the summer, she arranged a delightful Doggy Pool Day, where pets could enjoy the community pool. She also organized a Halloween children’s art competition, among other events, all of which strengthen our sense of community. It’s a privilege to have someone as dedicated and thoughtful as Jurgita in our community. Her hard work and genuine kindness do not go unnoticed, and I deeply appreciate her service!
