I just love the office staff. Been here only 4 months and while there were some bumps in the road, Rachel, Sean, and Arianna took care of me. I really want to recognize Rachel for displaying incredibly empathy when speaking with me about any concerns I have. I hope to be able to call Liberty Mill home for many years to come. I absolutely love my apartment.

Liberty Mills has been my home for the last three years to me and my kids, they have been amazing. I do want to give a big shout out to Cindy the one and only female maintenance that provided more then just keep the community running among the amazing team of them, she provides fantastic work to the community as a whole and keep us all in unity, she has made my stay more pleasant since she joined us, has brought many of us together, and i appreciate her professionalism overall. I want to say thank you for having such a fantastic person working in our community. She is one of a kind, and needs to be more recognized for being who she is.. Thank you Liberty Mills

I just want to say Rachel Ramirez and Arriana Lerner have been the best two leasing agents that I have worked with since moving to MD!! I am orginally from South FL and they made this move so seamless and stress free for me. I feel that these two women are truly GOD sent! If you are looking to move here-- DO IT! Beautiful complex, updated gorgeous apartments. However, the staff sold it for me by providing amazing customer service, and truly just showing that they "Care." Thanks so much to you ladies and I can't wait to enjoy our new home!
Love it here! Before leasing here I looked at 6 other apartments in Germantown and Gaithersburg and one of the things that really stood out about Liberty Mill was the high quality of everything. From my kitchen appliances to the fitness center treadmills, everything here is really high quality and well built. By far the nicest apartments in the area.
My only knock with Liberty Mill initially had been the previous management company, Wood Partners, which was incredibly difficult to deal with, even on the most basic issues. However in April the management changed to a new company and it’s been great to see how quickly and noticeably things changed for the better. The new management and maintenance staff are much more personable and helpful. You can tell they really care about their residents which wasn't the case with the previous management.
I’ve been particularly appreciative of how they’ve handled things throughout the pandemic with the additional cleaning and sanitization they’ve been doing and their help making sure I received my packages. They also recently redid the pool which looks fabulous.
The location is very convenient being right across the street from the MARC station. Before moving to Liberty Mill I drove to the MARC station and used to have an impossible time finding a parking spot. Now I just walk across the street to the MARC and can walk there in less time than I used to spend looking for a parking spot.
The other thing I’d add is how great all my neighbors are. I’ve lived in other apartments where people blared the TV and radio late into the night but the neighbors here are generally very quiet and respectful. It’s a quieter environment with more mature neighbors than the places I’ve lived previously.
Overall love it here and will be renewing for another year.

Living here gave me peace and quiet, it's a very peaceful, quiet, smoke-free place (that's the most important thing). Both the office and maintenance staff are very nice and friendly people. The Maintenance Manager Giacomo is super great person, attentive, diligent and friendly. The cleaning ladies are very nice people.
I would like some neighbors to take care of the building's facilities, because sometimes they don't and leave some dirty and discarded things... The maintenance staff does a great job of cleaning and tidying up on a day-to-day basis, but some neighbors don't cooperate with that. In short, it's the best thing to live here, I love it!!

I moved in about a month ago (truthfully, still moving in thanks to Holiday furniture delivery delays and other outside factors) and it's been a welcoming experience! I toured the property with Arianna initially who has been a great help, as has Sean! Any questions I've had, I've always been able to reach someone in Leasing (9/10, it was Arianna) who answered my questions quickly. She is a pleasure to speak to! I've never had an issue of being unable to reach the Leasing Office/Property Mgmt. if necessary. The rental process was very smooth and any minor issues were immediately corrected (again, by Arianna :) - she's awesome).
My Building/Apartment. I can only speak for the one I occupy (naturally), but I have no complaints as far as cleanliness is concerned. The residents of my building help to keep it clean and presentable, as well as staff, which is very refreshing! Everyone I've encountered thus far have been friendly and offered insight into living in the community. Delivery Services (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS), I've seen enough now to know them by name and they too are very friendly and deliver directly to the door. I've not encountered any issue with stolen packages (and I've had a LOT of packages delivered - still waiting on some, honestly lol) as many other complexes in the area are dealing with. My apartment was clean when I first moved in with fresh paint, a few very minor issues that weren't worth correcting at the maintenance crew level (e.g. a few blotches of paint on the upper blinds and corner of floors from when they re-painted the unit; a couple little chips from the wood cabinets (a touch-up fixed that, also to be expected given there were previous tenants), a loose drawer in the kitchen (good thing I'm handy and have my own tool set :D)).
The only complaint I would have (and this is not a reflection of the staff, it's just a sign of the times, most likely) is the noise level of upstairs neighbor(s). Newer complexes any and everywhere seem to make it more noticeable as far as noise level, but those upstairs can be a bit extreme at times (either walking on their heels (i.e. heavy-footed), dropping things constantly, slamming things on the ground, stomping, running). Again, not a reflection of the community and/or staff of Liberty Mill at all; they are amazing! Noise is normal with apartment living, but it a bit over the top and being a remote worker makes it annoying at times, especially first thing in the AM and late at night.
A final point to add: I love how quickly Liberty Mill addresses community issues and/or corresponds with the community. Less than 24 hours after a violation occurred (community wide), notification was sent out to remind everyone of community rules and consequences, in addition to reminders about other community rules and respectable living. I appreciated that. Communication (and comprehension) is most important, in my opinion.
All in all, I'm enjoying the community. It's cold out so I haven't really experienced the amenities first-hand, but have toured them twice and see no issue thus far. I love that Liberty Mill offered several apartment styles that have an actual foyer and don't open directly into the kitchen like the vast majority of newer apartments do. I need a good hallway! I do tend to update reviews so I will update at some point in the future. I highly recommend touring and speaking with Arianna if you have any questions.

I just want to let you how outstanding the service is from the rental office they really take care of the residents request in a timely manner when you have a manger Rachel sit a listen to your concerns the way she does she is amazing I am not tickling your ear it is true she aim to please Shuan the assistant manager is the same it is a good team many times I have ask questions the patience they have I am very grateful Arianna has the same quality as well Jack is a very professional worker when he comes to fix something it is done well to have a staff like this is 5 stars I am very thankful
