You’ll love it here. I’ve been here for 2plus years so I’ve gotten pretty acquainted with the team taking care of us. Chris at the front desk is always pleasant to speak to and jumps on any issues I have. Stephanie is the best property manager everrrr. Love her. The real star though is the maintenance team. Angel is the best. They hired a new maintenance guy who my kids love talking to. Definitely a great community for family and super responsive.

So I almost never leave reviews here but I couldn't not after this. I lived here for about a year and just moved out in the past month. The staff in the leasing office, Chris and Stephanie, are the sincerely nicest people you will ever meet. I was never turned down, they helped sort out maintenance requests that went awry, and importantly they were honest about the reasons for why certain annoyances were out of their control in the few cases it happened. There was even a questionable situation with the lease as I was moving out, but instead of being greedy and being like "sorry you signed the document without that clause" they let me modify it to my benefit. Even a month after moving out, I got a package to the old address that I was not expecting and really was concerned what it might be... But when I asked they were happy to drop by and check it out for me with my permission. I can guarantee you there is no reason they had to or were obligated to do that, and it's a fantastic expression of friendliness and dedication. Obviously during my time there, as with basically any place in the world, I didn't have no problems. The package delivery system has had a lot of rough times, delivery drivers often ignore it, and one time I couldn't get a package for a week. There was a major leak upstairs that bled into the wall and the ceiling once, and sometimes a door fixture came loose or a bathroom fan stopped working. But it was handled professionally, I wasn't billed for any of it, and it was done with a smile. The leak was fixed and none of my stuff was damaged. When their third party locker system was having issues they let me search through everything to find the package with my name on it. You can't pay for that kind of service. Things are going to go wrong in the world, and when it does, you want to be at a place that will have your back when it does. I'd go back any day. Highly recommend. ...Also, in my new house, I miss the smart thermostat and the ensuite washer and dryer. Good times.
