Camden Fallsgrove is a wonderful community. We are current Camden residents at Camden College Park and were considering a move to this community. We looked at a few units and loved each one. Micaela was our leasing agent with Fallsgrove, she was amazing. Not only did they answer all questions we had but responded quickly and exactly when she said she would. If you are considering this community you will not be disappointed!

Big Fan of this place! I’ve had a wonderful experience here—quiet neighborhood, great staff, and well-maintained apartments. A big shoutout to Mike, Jess, and Michaela for making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and things rarely break. If they do, they’re replaced swiftly. For the location, the price is well worth it. While I’m not the biggest fan of the technology fee or the gym, the overall experience makes up for it. The apartments are very nice, and I love the open parking—affordable fees and never an issue finding a spot. Just renewed for another year—huge thanks to the Fallsgrove team!
