Dexi, and Lady from the front office at Fairway and Jose and Mercedes who are the maintenance men are all simply awesome! I recently moved into to a lovely three bedroom apartment and it had some maintenance issues. I put in a request at 8:30 am and by 10:00 am they were there to fix the problems. That is amazing. Hats off and many thanks for the speedy and gracious service.

We lived here from march 2023 to March 2024. And it's very nice place to live! The equipment in the apartment is not new, but clean and good working order. And most importantly, you can confidently count on the staff! All our complaints and tickets were satisfied as quickly as possible! When we leaved, we didn't have any issues and got our deposit back in a short time. Personal thanks to Dexi - she was always ready to help not only with housing issues, but also with other personal life issues. If we'll decide to be back to Reston, we will definitely contact you again!
