We moved into Camden Fairlakes two months ago, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our experience from the beginning has been nothing short of amazing. One standout aspect has been the exceptional maintenance team, particularly Alen, who has truly gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From day one, Alen has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever we encountered any minor issues, he was just a call away, arriving promptly to address our concerns. Whether it was fixing a leaky faucet or helping us with appliance questions, his expertise and friendly demeanor made all the difference. What’s more impressive is how proactive the maintenance team is. They regularly check in to ensure everything is running smoothly in our apartment, which really puts our minds at ease. It feels reassuring to know that support is always available at our doorstep when we need it. Overall, our experience at Camden Fairlakes has been fantastic. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with such attentive maintenance support, makes us feel right at home. We’re excited to invite our friends to join us in this wonderful community!

If you are looking to apply for a new apartment, I HIGHLY recommend starting your hunt with Camden Fair Lakes and asking to work with Vic (Victoria) if you can! She should be used as the gold standard for leasing agents and property assistance. She is kind, communicative, and FOLLOWS UP, which is essential when you're juggling a billion different tours and properties. I really felt like she was trying to help me get the best possible outcome, and not just sell me on the next unit available. Truly cannot express what a wonderful experience working with Vic was. She really makes an incredible start to your next residence with the Camden.
