We moved into Camden Fairlakes two months ago, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our experience from the beginning has been nothing short of amazing. One standout aspect has been the exceptional maintenance team, particularly Alen, who has truly gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
From day one, Alen has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever we encountered any minor issues, he was just a call away, arriving promptly to address our concerns. Whether it was fixing a leaky faucet or helping us with appliance questions, his expertise and friendly demeanor made all the difference.
What’s more impressive is how proactive the maintenance team is. They regularly check in to ensure everything is running smoothly in our apartment, which really puts our minds at ease. It feels reassuring to know that support is always available at our doorstep when we need it.
Overall, our experience at Camden Fairlakes has been fantastic. The welcoming atmosphere, combined with such attentive maintenance support, makes us feel right at home. We’re excited to invite our friends to join us in this wonderful community!

If you are looking to apply for a new apartment, I HIGHLY recommend starting your hunt with Camden Fair Lakes and asking to work with Vic (Victoria) if you can! She should be used as the gold standard for leasing agents and property assistance. She is kind, communicative, and FOLLOWS UP, which is essential when you're juggling a billion different tours and properties. I really felt like she was trying to help me get the best possible outcome, and not just sell me on the next unit available.
Truly cannot express what a wonderful experience working with Vic was. She really makes an incredible start to your next residence with the Camden.
I am very pleased and thankful that I live at Camden Fair Lakes Apartment complex. Mr. Marcus Mason, Mgr. and his leasing staff Ms. Anaiah Maddox, Mr. Anderson Barr, and Ms. Lauren Porter, and his maintenance staff are the best and have been outstanding. Their knowledge, skills, and abilities have made feel blessed for living here. Anytime you need anything they are available with courtesy, respect, and kindness. Their customer service is more than ten stars. They are always sincere in helping me as a resident of this apartment complex. I have never had any complaints regarding the staff and I do not have any regrets about being a resident. I am very grateful. I am appreciative they are a part of the Camden Family.

Camden has been pretty good! Staff are friendly (especially Anderson), amenities are decent, and my neighbors (where I am anyways) are nice as well!
Rent is not too bad but overall it’s extremely convenient to food, grocery stores, the mall, etc!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maintenance Guy's Denny from Camden fairlakes Building and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment he arrived at our apartment, it was clear that he is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about the residents.
Denny has always been incredibly responsive. Whether it was a minor issue or a more significant concern, he was just a call away and showed up promptly every time. His professionalism and expertise are evident in the way he approached each task, ensuring everything was done correctly and efficiently.
What truly sets him apart is his friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond. Been here for 4 years. The stay was great, and the amenities are worth it. I went from 285lbs to 251 with the gym, with strength increasing over 3x since. The pool was always great to cool off in. The location is perfect. I can get to DC in 20 minutes, the mountains in 1 hour, Burke lake in 20… it’s a prime location if you have to travel in any direction. Talk to Anderson, he will get you squared away correctly. He’s extremely personable and professional, with a wealth of knowledge in the area
