Tucker and Dana with the administration office were very helpful with my move-in process. They made me feel like a person and did not talk down to me nor my fiancé. It was very refreshing to have people work me and help me understand the process. The application was easy and really simple to navigate. We saw the listing and then we received the apartment we liked on the same day. The amenities within Eaves Fair Lakes it nice too. They have a pool that is clean, a workout area that is coded for access. Trash removal option from your front door and there is even a package delivery station on property. There are plenty of shopping areas just down the road and by car about 10-minutes. Even though we had a problem once we moved in Tucker help without hesitation and easily solved the problem. The neighborhood is quiet and pet friendly. Affordable and decent living.

This has been the best place in NOVA I've lived at, and I've lived in 4 locations over 9 years, and toured far more than that. Eaves Fair Lakes has been extremely accommodating and responsive to my questions and concerns. The onsite office team has been outstanding throughout my entire lease; I mainly worked with Dana and Tucker who've both been fantastic. Facilities were clean and well kept, and any maintenance issues were fixed quickly. If an issue became an ongoing one, they notified the community quickly and kept communicating throughout the issue. The location is excellent since it's next to shopping centers and commuting routes, and it even has a bus stop that's connected to the DMV metro system. When I first moved in, I thought the price was a little high, but you definitely pay for the quality, and it seems pretty competitive and normal for what you pay for. If I wasn't moving for a job, I'd like to continue staying here.
