Maintenance requests at the Avalon in Reston have been handled quickly every time. It makes a huge difference and I feel fortunate after seeing reviews from other apartments in the area. They celebrate their tenants with summertime and fall BBQs too!

A shout out to the maintenance folks at Avalon RL! A recent request was, as always, answered promptly, and David went above and beyond to fix the problem. I can always count on prompt service and friendly, professional performance.
Here are a few recent photos from my daily walks around our beautiful little lake, a real refuge for wildlife in our tiny corner of bustling Reston. How important it will be to keep the lake and its surrounding woods a habitat for endangered plants and animals.
I appreciate the overall attention to attractive landscaping at Avalon Reston Landing, but in particular a shout out to the staff for encouraging the wildflowers and grasses that surround the pond. Every day offers a fresh perspective as new blooms appear and birds, bees, and butterflies find a home here.
I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance staff for their prompt, always friendly, and high-quality responses to requests for repairs when they are needed. A couple of times I've had to make requests in emergencies late at night or early in the AM, and they have always come through.

I was a resident in Avalon Reston from 2018 until 2020, for some reason I had to move out, after 3 years when I came back last year I found out everything changed!!
Amazing new management, helpful staff that solve any problems you have, they give you their time for everything you need with a lot of patience and pleasure, it’s a benefit for any resident being that team over there whenever you need anything, very smooth and easy moving in and out processing, all what you need from help you will find.
I’m not saying that because of a single experience, I’m giving 6 years experience from multiple residents I know them plus my own experiences.
The most important thing when you are renting is the maintenance service specially if you have a serious maintenance issue, that team is a professional team, I know them since my last residential period, they are expert and super talented, all what you need is just to put your issue on the resident app, you will find them calling you soon to ask if they can get in or reschedule, you can give that permission online anyway without any phone call, it’s your choice.
In conclusion, if you are a previous resident I recommend you to come back to experience those new amazing changes, if you are a new resident I highly recommend Avalon Reston Landing, you will get what you will pay for.

We are on our second year and it has been great. Tia and her team are very attentive, professional and prompt on requests. Tia is excellent in communication and following up on requests and she always makes time for to listen to concerns and genuinely cares and the community. Maintenance team David, Mike and Matthew are always respectful, professional and handle repairs resourcefully and efficiently.
I know several times they had to run to HD to purchase parts on several repair orders instead of ordering and waiting for parts. So we are extremely grateful for their hardwork.
Definitely recommend for families and couples or even single people. It has a lot to offer.

I’ve been living at Avalon Reston Landing for the past four years and have had a positive experience overall. I want to especially praise Stewart Davis, the maintenance manager, for his exceptional customer service. Stewart always stopped by my apartment, listened to all my maintenance needs, addressed them promptly, and kept me updated with direct calls.
I also want to commend Tia Roberts, the Sales and Service Supervisor. Tia has been incredibly helpful, always listening to my concerns attentively and taking action promptly. Their dedication and professionalism have made my stay here much more comfortable.

So I’m in my 4th year here at Reston Avalon and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. I’ll start with the management team here. They are always there to quickly address any concerns for me and are always very polite and professional. The assistant manager Tia has been especially helpful to me 🤩. The maintenance team is also equally great at what they do. Communication when putting in a maintenance request is outstanding and they can usually resolve any issues, far and few as they may be, very quickly. The community is very nice and has great amenities to include a fitness center, tennis courts and even a lake with boats! Not to mention that they regularly have food trucks come to the community with pretty good food should you not feel like feeding yourself from time to time 🤤. The actual apartment space is great and I for one am looking forward to resigning my lease again. Thanks guys!
I have lived here for 1.5 years and I can’t say but great and wonderful things about the staff, Tia and Mathew, and how they have made sure I have a comfortable living situation. Friendly, clean, responsive, and just all around a great experience. No critters or any sort in my apt just a friendly place to call home for me and my two dogs.
