I visited the property or community several times and each time I was pleased with the service and attention I received. Brittney was wonderful and professional with me. My only regret is that I didn't apply sooner so I missed out on the larger size 1bedroom , however I am happy with the cozy 1bedroom that I will be moving into this weekend.

When I first moved in, I had a few issues which all got resolved when new management came in. Wardell, Shenna, Jason and Melanie have been so helpful, attentive and just friendly in general! They really do an awesome job. The apartment itself is cozy and neighbors are generally nice. Also convenient are the gym, laundry facilities, and common area that are 24/7. Also love the courtyard and how quiet it is and the price and location are decent for Montgomery County. I would definitely consider renewing my lease.

*UPDATE* Still very satisfied with the apartment, we have needed a few things fixed in our unit and every time I have called Cruz has been quick to respond and always exceeded my expectations with the repairs. Our lease is ending this fall and after living here for 2 years I have seen a lot of changes along the way but I would say they are all for the better so far.
Another update will be done at the time we move out.
Under new management, Jason was so helpful with my recent accommodations he made the difficult transition of moving so much easier, with the assistance of Vanessa and Rebecca we were able to get everything together in a tight timeline. The move has improved the over quality of my family's life 10 fold. The location of these apartments is fantastic and the apartment building is super sound proof. But if it wasn't for the management the location would mean little. For the first time as a renter I am not worried about the future dealings with my rental management company.

I have lived her for the past two years and I can say that my experience has been phenomenal and the customers service is top tier , I’m gonna be honest we do have some issues every now and then but the maintenance team don’t play about the residents …. Definitely would recommend this apartment to everyone . Oh and they have a great mirror in the elevator 😋🤪I love the pool so much as well

Just moved in this month and couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and very responsive. Our leasing agent, Ikea Jones, was so helpful and always available. She is really the BEST! She even provided personal contact information to aid in our move and any issues we may have.
Management is extremely helpful and make a point to make us feel like a priority. Had a small maintenance issue and it was solved the same day and super professionally. The maintenance staff is so helpful, reliable and skilled. Everyone in the office is exceptionally nice and helpful. So glad we chose to live here. Good price. Good property. Great team!

I don't live here, but I was falsely led to this location several times by my GPS while making a delivery for my company. I was having trouble finding an apartment number so I asked for help. Both the front manager and the two temporary employees working today went out of their way to not only help me locate the apartment number, they also verified the address and helped my find the actual address I was trying to find. They were friendly, understanding, and helpful.
