Best leasing center experience. Met the agent Kenny, friendly and very informative. Can definitively say he's the best agent I've met so far after touring over 10 apartments.
Longview Place has a great layout and the price for the offerings was very reasonable compared to other luxury apartments I toured. I like that they're hidden away from the main road but still very close to it. And the places looked immaculate and the sq ft was perfect for what I was looking for.

Longview Place has been an awesome place to live so far. Quiet and secluded, yet close enough to Moody Street/all the restaurants/etc. In addition to the friendly community, Kenny (the leasing consultant) has been extremely helpful in the moving process at Longview! He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions/concerns you may have. He made the move-in process very seamless and stress-free. He knows so much about the Longview community, and I feel very lucky to have him as a resource here. Thank you Kenny!

We recently moved into Longview Place Apartments and were satisfied with the entire process, from application to move-in.
Kenny, the leasing agent, was responsive, professional, and very helpful. He guided us through every step of the leasing process, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our decision. Bryan from the maintenance team was also fantastic, addressing my requests quickly and efficiently resolving any minor issues.
Longview Place Apartments offer a convenient location with easy access to both Moody Street and Main Street, in a safe and secure neighborhood. The community spaces are always clean and well-maintained.
While the apartment may seem a bit dated, the modern digital system more than makes up for it. The system is well-organized and user-friendly. The only drawback is that the bin for cardboard boxes is not always available when needed.
The view from our apartment is breathtaking. Though the trains can create some noise, the beauty of the scenery far outweighs it.
Overall, I feel comfortable and relaxed here, and I couldn't be happier to call this place home!
So, my recent experience moving in was a little mixed. Upon move in, there were some issues with some of the amenities in my unit. Obviously this was frustrating, but Kenny and the maintenance team were incredibly communicative and helpful in getting those issues resolved in a timely manor, even when I was being a lil rude. The amenity issues seemed like things the previous tenant did not care to have fixed, so I don't blame the maintenance staff for having not realized.
The building is in a great location, there is ample parking with a parking garage added at a reasonable fee, the shared space is lovely. My apartment faces the train and you can hear it faintly when it passes, but if the TV is on you don't even notice. The building feels old, not in a bad way but in a comfortable way. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, pet friendly apartment

The property is in great condition and so far we are loving it!

We recently moved into our apartment at Longview Place and have been extremely pleased with the smooth move-in process. Kenny was incredibly helpful, providing prompt and detailed explanations and always being available to answer our questions. He even went out of his way to accommodate our request for a second tour of the apartment before we moved in. The view from our new home is breathtaking and there is a lot of sunlight that we have access to. Additionally, the management team has been quick to address the service requests we've raised. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home!
