Lived there for almost four years. The people who work in the building do care about your well-being and are very responsive when you need something -- maintenance was always done timely and the cleaning crew is friendly and helpful. Front desk is just a call away, and the management very generous with their time. While we had to leave due to the rising cost of rent at the building -- which is corporate, not front-office matters -- I would recommend this place for families & those who want quick access to the BART. It's very safe and secure.

I had an amazing time touring 88 Hillside, South city station, and La Terrazza with my wife. They took good care of us and was showing us the perfect home.
