Stayed at the reserve from 2021 to 2024. Fantastic apartments as well as the staff, especially maintenance! Mike with maintenance was able to help me with an enormous amount of questions just being new to the Midwest (from Texas). Hayden with the office was always very professional and took great care of any questions and responded without much delay as well. I almost wish I could bring them with me to my future rentals! Add that with being down the road from a ton of shops, local restaurants, sporting events, parks, music festivals as well. It’s an enjoyable experience for sure. And it looks lovely when it snows!! Thank you Reserve for taking care of me!

We lived in the Reserve for approximately 2.5 years from 2021 - 2024 before purchasing our first home. Despite the excitement of becoming homeowners, we were sad to leave the Reserve. It was a great place to live and really felt like home to us. We developed great relationships with several of our neighbors and most everyone else was very friendly. Mike on the maintenance team was extremely responsive and consistently went out of his way to ensure any issues were addressed as soon as possible. He is a big reason as to why we had such a positive experience living here. Also, Hayden and team in the front office were always very friendly, professional and helpful. We loved our apartment in the 700 building and the surrounding neighborhood. Our dog loved having the dog park to run around in. I can't say enough good things about the Reserve or recommend it highly enough.
