My wife and I spent countless weeks searching for the ideal place to live, and this is it! Security is top-notch. The entire complex is spotless and well-maintained. Meredith and Jackson are wonderful property managers, and the maintenance team of Jeff and Will will address your needs immediately! No concern is too small for this wonderful staff. We did our homework, and this is the best bang for the dollar you will find in the Milwaukee metro area.

I Have had such a phenomenal experience with Brookfield Reserve so far. Through the entire process of asking questions, touring the amenities and the apartments, and applying for an apartment, the staff has been amazing. Alexis was beyond sweet and patient while she showed me multiple floor plans on different levels with different views. I was able to ask multiple question and even come back a few hour later to see one final apartment. She never once made me feel like an inconvenience nor rushed me. If this Is how well staff takes care of those just touring their complex, I have no doubt they treat their residents like royalty. The apartment complex itself is so clean and well kept. The amenities are beyond amazing, and the style of the apartment lobby, shared areas, and apartments themselves and have best if the best features and fixtures. You can tell a lot of thought and planning went into the design. Look forward to calling this place home!
