We have lived in this apartment community for 2 years and we have nothing but good things to say. When we started to look for apartments and ended up here, we were very apprehensive as the reviews in the website were not positive. But having stayed here for two years, I would definitely state that none of them holds true. Perhaps they are outdated or refer to different people. If not for a need to move to a bigger space, we would not have left the apartment. The management and staff are very friendly. They attend to any issues with no delay. They are kind, courteous and very professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure that the tenants face no issues or are left unhappy. I have gone to them with very silly problems too and they have always been patient in hearing us out. The apartment has felt always more like a vacation cottage rather than an enclosed space because of the greenery and the tranquility. The apartment is very safe. They are very pet friendly. Max is missing her old friends and all the lovely people there already. They have a good gym, onsite laundry facility . The apartment complex is well maintained, clean and hygienic. Being close to the trail, we could always go for a morning/evening stroll. I would definitely recommend Riverwood apartment if you are looking for a great place to stay with some lovely people as neighbors.
