This review is dedicated to Ms. Kenzraeli from the office! She has been extremely professional and helpful since day 1, and has given us all the help and support that we needed throughout the move-in process. Very detail-oriented and prompt to reply when we have questions or concerns. The complex is nice and clean, but Ms. Kenzraeli’s exceptional representation of the management office is why I chose to be here.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. Even in such a large complex they strive to get to know each resident personally. They also have the fastest, most knowledgeable and friendliest maintenance team I have ever seen! Usually any issue I have with the apartment is taken care of the same day, sometimes within the hour! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are fabulous. Thank you Hawthorn Village for the best renting experience ever!

With 30 years of success in the association management industry, our property managers have developed the knowledge, resources and skill-set needed to ensure your community will prosper under our guidance. We work in close contact with the Board to develop a management plan that will address the individual needs of each of our clients. We take great pride in providing world-class customer service and support, and our staff makes sure communications by phone or email are responded to quickly and accurately. We employ an office staff to assist homeowners with questions, problems, maintenance issues, and their accounts. These individuals also work closely with the Board to prepare monthly financial reports and address the Board's particular needs as requested.
