Very detail-oriented and prompt to reply when we have questions or concerns. The complex is nice and clean, but Ms. Kenzraeli’s exceptional representation of the management office is why I chose to be here.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. Even in such a large complex they strive to get to know each resident personally. They also have the fastest, most knowledgeable and friendliest maintenance team I have ever seen! Usually any issue I have with the apartment is taken care of the same day, sometimes within the hour! The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are fabulous. Thank you Hawthorn Village for the best renting experience ever!
