I've been living here for over a year and half and love it here. The management is top notch, professional, very friendly and goes above and beyond. Property Manager Lia is the absolute best! I honestly have not had any issues with the apartment unit itself except when I first moved in there was an issue with the washer which was taken care of right away. This property is very pet friendly as well.

Notch apartment is a five-star residential place, and they have a very professional and polite team who take care of everything you need during your move-in. I love living here, and I am genuinely enjoying the peace, safety, and quietness in my apartment. The one thing that I like about my apartment is that the sound or noice doesn’t travel through the walls and you won’t hear your neighbors. Also, it is very clean, fresh, and new apartment. I have had a new experience of living here because not only my apartment is very satisfactory but also the environment is beautiful, lots of trails to hike around, and they are very peaceful.
