The front desk team are some of the nicest, sweetest people, and one of the reasons we chose Modera Belmont. The building feels like a serviced hotel, with amenities to match. Crazy thing is, per sqft, they’re one of the more affordable or, reasonably priced buildings in the area. We visited 9 buildings in a week, and Modera Belmont was the clear choice for us!

I'm not typically one to leave reviews but sometimes it's necessary... the management at Modera Belmont is stellar. Real people, super supportive and helpful, the building is so well kept... can't find one thing to complain about! And as far as a home, I really like living here. My apartment is beautiful and has a great layout. I get so much light, the plants are thriving. The people in the building are perfect IMO (very friendly, tons of adorable dogs, but nobody is like intrusive or trying to be your new best friend). And this is a weird thing to say but the community spaces are great! There's VR, a movie room with an insane amount of comfortable seating, a game room, and a lovely living room/kitchen style hosting space (my waffle brunches are loving this one!) So yeah, kind of had to come in and leave a review. If you're looking to move into an apartment and they have an opening, definitely give it a tour :)
