After having lived at this apartment complex for five years (June of 2012 to July of 2017), I can overall say that I was pretty pleased. Sometime midway through that period the complex changed ownership and I feel that the quality of the living experience increased as well. As always, there were the classic issues associated with apartment life (noisy neighbors occasionally, having to walk a ways back and forth to your car, etc.), but even those weren't too bad. For a period of maybe a year or so right after I moved in my neighbors downstairs would smoke inside, and from the information I gathered from the PREVIOUS owners of the complex it sounded like it wasn't "officially" prohibited. I never really did figure that out, but eventually those tenants left and I never had a problem with smoke again. The current office staff was quite responsive to our needs and pleasant to work with. I had no issues with them whatsoever. It is great to see all of the upgrades the current staff has been making to the complex over the past year or so, whereas I didn't see much of that at all with the previous owners. Also, their communication regarding happenings around the complex is quite good as well. The only downside I can immediately note is that the rent has been steadily rising, however, I don't think you will escape that in any apartment complex in the greater Seattle area. All told, I would recommend living here to anyone who asked.

I came in to tour Collins Junction and was helped by Rebecca. She greeted me with a smile, and was able to answer any questions I had. The location is great, the pool is inviting, and although I’m not looking to move for a few more months, Collins is at the top of my list!
