Last year I would've said not to waste your time here, but as new management and crew came in at the start of the year, the place has been getting some SERIOUS love and care it desperately needed. Monica has been an absolute gem and the maintainence workers and staff have been incredible. There is not a single day you don't see something being fixed and dealt with. We had been living in a god awful unit when we first moved in a few years ago. Once new management took notice and saw the condition of the unit, we were promptly moved out of that unit and into a unit renovated to their standards and we couldn't be happier. They are very aware of the issues around the property and are working extremely hard to fix them. And I've no doubt they will. Overall the whole place has done a 180. Can't wait to see what's to come. Needless to say, if you're looking to rent in the area I can now definitely recommend this place.

Been living here for over 2 years and this is by far the best management there has been Monica and Nerivel are awesome we definitely need more people like them, definitely feels like home here they are a blessing sent, I love it here and definitely will be renewing….. great jobs guys
