I recently moved from the SF Bay Area to Tacoma and wanted to find a rental where I could feel welcomed, safe and at home. I sent out an inquiry blast and Carol Beck from Orchard Terrace was quick to respond stating she had an apartment available in a few weeks. She offered to show me a like unit and guaranteed me that the unit I would lease was of like quality and layout. When we met I found her to be warm and friendly, yet professional. I loved the property and her spirit and trusted that she was good with her word and signed a lease without viewing the actual apartment. I was not disappointed and Carol was true to her word that all deficiencies in the apartment would be immediately corrected. With every question answered, and every request responded to, I feel more than comfortable in my new home. Carol and her support staff are truly exceptional in their pursuit of their tenants comfort, and I very much appreciate their efforts!

There are few places one can call home. These are older apartments with tons of character (yes, in a good way!) and features that one rarely sees in more modernized apartments. Larger spaces that let's one breathe, pantries that are actually usable and sensibly sized, the absolutely lively and lovely surroundings and centrally located to awesomely exciting and wonderful locations, all are right here! The staff? Oh, ohhhhh let me tell you. We got burned by our previous location, prompting us to never renew the lease Then we came here, to our new home. And the staff is definitely half of that equation! Carol and her crew have been honest, upfront, and forthright with us about everything! Quick response times, genuine transparency and just good at what they do - it's gone a long way in making up for our previous experience with our previous management. The fact that we can even trust a manager at her word is solely because of how wonderful Orchard Terrace is.
