I have been living at the Horizons for approximately five years. In that time, there have been several helpful staff members hired to represent the Horizons, but none of them shine the way Nicoleta Frost does. Nicole is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. It is easy to overlook people who do their job so well.
