Vintage has been a great place for us over the last year and we just decided to renew our lease. Apartments are spacious, clean, and modern with tons of natural light. We love taking advantage of the pool/hot tub, grill, and 24 hour gym. The location is quiet with easy access to downtown and everything SLO had to offer. Maintenance has been great and timely now that they’re staffed a bit more. We do wish the clubhouse was available during non-business hours/weekends for residents to use especially given the cost of rent and that it has the only bathroom connected to the pool/gym. The property is overall well kept, however there is no contract still from what I’m told to have someone clean the external windows which have been unattended to for the last year. Overall, definitely worth considering calling Vintage your home in SLO especially if you have pets as the place is very pet friendly and that is hard to find in this town!
