The on-site manager, (Tom) is such a kind hearted person and has shown me the most compassion of anyone I’ve ever met in my life. When I moved into this place 4 years ago, he made sure I had toilet paper, soap, and even paper towels regular towels and dish detergent all set out for me on the counter. He even gave me a keychain that said “welcome home” this place by far goes above and beyond and the people that work here work hard to provide a home I can’t wait to get back to. Thank you guys.

This is a great place to live for the most part. The rent is cheap. The neighborhood is safe. Management is very fair. Only bad thing for me is the tenants who smoke. This property is managed by SMI, the worst company for apartments with their terrible reviews and customer service. I got to the apartments for a tour, found no office and decided to call. I already scheduled before hand to check the unit out and said to come to the units location.The lady answering was very rude and had a tone already before I called. Said I had to go to their main office all across town to pickup the key, go back to the apartment and then return the key. I travel by bus and it takes an hour there and back. I didn't end up seeing the unit because of the rudeness and unprofessional way they handle the tour. Never come here, people were blasting Mexican music also.
