I lived at Alpine Village for 7 years and I have to say the community there is what made that apartment living so great! The landlord Mary is such a kinda woman, always doing what she can for tenants and very good at communicating changes to the complex ahead of time! I’m going to miss living there and seeing everyone at Alpine Village. Such an amazing place to live, quiet, friendly neighborhood and a hard working landlord. Definitely would recommend living here over a lot of apartments in south salem.

I love this complex. Rents are affordable, management is responsive and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. It's clean and quiet and in a great neighborhood. I don't know who the other reviewers are talking about regarding the manager, the property manager's name is Mary, not Jim. I've never met anyone named Jim here. And Mary is really nice. I've had problems with some loud neighbors and with my toilet over the years I've lived here. Mary talked to my neighbors (enforcing quiet hours) who are now almost always quiet, and management replaced my toilet the day after the problems occurred. They are professional and kind. I don't use the pool but it is clean and available for use so the review that said it was dirty must have been a long time ago. I've lived here for 3 years and it's been clean as long as I've been here. One more word about the reviewer complaining that there are rules here. Yes, there are. And that's why I love it. I know I can come home from work and be guaranteed I'll be able to sleep because they enforce quiet hours. This is a complex for retired and working people, not young people complaining because they can't have parties. If you want to be loud, look elsewhere.
