We’ve lived here for several years. Management is amazing. Maintenance always comes within 24hrs. Access to pool is a bonus! :) And other apartment residents are so friendly

I love living here for 7 yrs. Management goes out of there way to accommodate your needs. Gardeners are here every week, it's a close knit family, we all take care of each other. A nice place to call home.

If I could give them less then 1 star I would! This company owns several other complexes around Salem so beware!! I lived at the Clark creek location and let me tell you Save the headache of being run threw the gauntlet of “miss placed and miss filed paperwork” constant harassment from the so called managers. Who do not live on sight. I signed and rented a one bed one bath and was told I’d be able to move in on my requested date and was told no problem. Two or three days prior to my move in date I received a call that there was a mistake and that my apartment would not be ready for another week and a half (thankfully my apartment complex I lived at,at the time was willing to let me stay until it was done) but was also told that apartment (1bed 1bath) that I had rented (signed & paid for in full for the first months rent and security deposits) was actually a studio and they would have to put me in it until they had a 1bed 1 bath come available at the end of the next month!!! They were unwilling to refund me the difference between the studio and 1bed 1bath and instead was told they’d just transfer the extra money to my new place when it’s ready for me to move in. I was ok with that but pretty peeved I’d have to move three times once every month and take time off work and find friends and family to help every time. The studio was pretty cozy but did have a horrible mold problem. The kitchen sink that they supposedly replaced when I moved in leaked horribly the windows would sweat like horrible! I had to run a dehumidifier 24/7 just to not feel sticky and like I was in a sauna. The bathroom was updated but the fan was barely screwed into the ceiling and every time I went to use it it would rattle and shake till I thought it’d come crashing down. I really thought things would get better when I moved into the 1bath 1bath I was originally promised but boy oh boy I was sooooo wrong! The lady they put me next door to was a crotchety old bat who had been there probably since the complex opened. She was the managers pet and hated everyone and everything that wasn’t hers or like her. She’d report me for every little bump and knock on the walls or if I was watching tv too loud. And heaven forbid if I had guests over! I was constantly getting phone calls from the manger Mary that I was violating rules and policy’s per the teachers pet next door. I work out of town at the time so I was gone a lot and would leave my car parked in a visits spot so my house sitter could have my spot and not disrupt anyone. However I had come home servers times to people writing on my car in deodorant “move car or will toe”-yes they spelled tow every time toe 😆 or I’d have a tow tag on it. Even tho I had talked to management every time I’d leave and get the ok. I finally decided enough was enough and found else where to live. I gave my notice I was leaving and gave a move out date. I came home to a eviction notice the next day! I called and asked what the hell that was about because I gave my 30 days the day prior they claimed I never turned it in and have no clue what I was talking about. I could see I would get no where with this joke of a company so I just packed up and left before my move out date and switched the PGE bill out I my name since I was not residing there anymore. I thought I was free and clear of this nightmare but I was so wrong! Several months past and I received a court summons that they were taking me to court to damages to the apartment! I never received my security deposit or received any notice that there was a problem until I was served after the court date at that! Come to find out they said I had allowed black mold to grow and destroyed the bathroom as well as owed them for takin my name off the PGE bill and putting it back into their names! Which upon looking at the bill they submitted showed it was after the time I moved out and a new tenant had moved in! So I was getting charged for the two weeks I moved out early and a whole month for the new people’s bill!! Long story short run far away from this place!
