This property is managed by SMI, the worst company for apartments with their terrible reviews and customer service. I got to the apartments for a tour, found no office and decided to call. I already scheduled before hand to check the unit out and said to come to the units location.The lady answering was very rude and had a tone already before I called. Said I had to go to their main office all across town to pickup the key, go back to the apartment and then return the key. I travel by bus and it takes an hour there and back. I didn't end up seeing the unit because of the rudeness and unprofessional way they handle the tour. Never come here, people were blasting Mexican music also.
