I have lived here for 2 1/2 months , moved from another State. So far nothing has been bad. Neighbors are elderly folks. Quiet place. Respect each other. This place may be old however property management team is doing good job. This place is closed to QFC and other daily errands shops, you might want to visit. I like it. Honestly, I don't have bad things to say about this place. Keep up the good work Powell Property Management.
