Some may say "that isn't my job" and blow off concern's, but she has NEVER used that comment and helped in any way. She definitely goes above and beyond, and I pray she continues to stay, she does the best for our community & I can say the ones complaining are the ones that doesn't like that they can't do whatever they want & she has to correct them.

When I have had issues with my AC drain and other maintenance requests, they have always answered promptly and resolved the issue within a day or sooner if emergent. I highly recommend looking into living in this complex--location is quiet and far enough from downtown and there is easy access to public transportation from here.
