I've been living at the Sail Cloth Factory since December, 2023. My apartment is close to my job, and it is walking distance to the stadiums. My apartment is nice. The ceilings are in the 14' range, and it is exposed wood beams from the original factory. I have a washer and a dryer in unit. My windows are big, and they let in a wonderful amount of light. I also have my own water heater in unit and center heat and a/c. There is a small dog park in the building with water. There is also a really nice rooftop patio with chairs, tables, a grill, and a nice view of west Baltimore. Other than my ceilings, the best part of living here has been the kick-ass maintenance tech and the friendly property manager. Issues get resolved very quickly for anything related to my apartment or the building as a whole. Parking is by valet because the space under the building is kind of tight, but they are available 24x7, and I have never waited more than 2 or 3 minutes for my car. It is usually ready and waiting by the time I get downstairs. The valets are all very nice and friendly. This is the perfect 1 bedroom apartment for work during the week to save me from an hour commute each way. There can be a little noise from helicopters, but the building is across the street from the UMMC Shock Trauma Center, so that's just part for the course. You could certainly do much worse than this building, especially for this rent. 😁

Brenden showed me 4 different available studios and 1 bedrooms and each apartment was clean, spacious, move in ready, and filled with lighting.
